Psiphon handlers are free and easy to operate that's why its generally used. Psiphon 103 handler also called Syphon Shield v3.1.3 Handler ui is the latest Psiphon handler that comes in a new brazilian look and consumes less of your phone memory. One reason I like this new Psiphon 103 handler is that it connects fast but the only problem is taht you won't be able to know If an Ip address and port is still active or not. I have tested it for upto 1week now and came up with a video tutorial on how to use it.
