This method is way cooler than Pdanet, which oftens disconnect and hardly connects.
You actually don't need your PC to make this work, all you need is your rooted android device and your MTN 0.0, MTN BBLITE, Etisalat 0.0 and others, connected on your phone.
How To Do This:
✳Download the VPN Internet Sharing App below
✳Connect to your internet with psiphon or openvpn.
✳Now launch the VPN internet sharing App and Click Activar to run the app and Sair to Stop the App.
✳When you've selected Activar, turn on your hotspot and connect Any gadget of your choice.
NB: This app requires root access, be sure to grant it when prompted.
