They are strong indications that Game Developer "Rockstar" is working on Grand Theft Auto 6. This simply means that the developer Rockstar are on the move to the next sequel. According to a report from TechRadar.
Although the company hasn’t yet settled on a location and no official date have been fixed yet when the Grand Theft Auto 6 will be released. It might not be released for some years yet – GTA V came five years after its predecessor.
While the sources mentioned that an exact location forGTA 6 hasn't been decided on yet, it's almost sure to be in the US. Another reason that development has probably started is because Rockstar would likely be building a new engine for the next entry, taking advantage of the newer, more powerful PS4 and Xbox One consoles. GTA 5development began in the midst of the PS3/Xbox 360 generation, and saw release on those system first before being ported to the next-gen a year later.
Rockstar is set to reveal a new Red Dead game before the release of GTA 6. Last week reports suggested that Red Dead Redemption 2 might arrive by the end of the year, though details have been limited on what exactly the game might consist of or when it will be revealed
